Our sources say that around 8:30 this morning Pure Management Group was visited by the IRS. An employee that works in the office said there was also a man in an FBI jacket that was asking several questions. Several corporate office employees were called not to come into work, phones have been going straight to voice mail all day, and some employee cell phones had stopped working. The investigators had a search warrant for building A, but not for Building B where the majority of the financial documents were held and stated they needed to get a search warrant for the second building. It is unclear exactly what they are looking for but as soon as Nightclub Press finds out we will be sure to let you know. Some of the venues Pure Management Group represents is Pure, LAX, Tangerine, Noir Bar, and several others.
The news of the visitors has literally come hours before the premier event for the show, The Showgirl Must Go On, starring Bette Midler. The party was being held at Pure Nightclub one of the many venues run by Pure Management Group, which is run by nightclub management mogul Steve Davidovici. Pure nightclub is located in Caesars Palace. This is also where the showroom is located that the Divine Miss M will be performing weekly.
Update: Nightclub Press has received a statement from the company saying it is “cooperating fully with the investigation and looks forward to a quick and satisfactory resolution.”
It is said the Bette Midler event is still happening but it is unclear if the nightclubs will be open this weekend.

We are assuming Steve Davidovici will have everything back to normal in no time and that there must be some simple misunderstanding. PMG is the largest and one of the most successful venue management companies and is located in Las Vegas, NV.
